I have purchased microsoft office professional plus 2013 for my student daughter from Software4Students. Unfortunately due to the first mailing being lost, I did not get the software before she departed for Venice as part of her Warwick University History course.

I am unable to now change my purchase to some download version. Is there anywhere to download the software, and then activate with the keys I've purchased. (the official Microsoft site download is really a trial version, but she wants to set up a lasting version)

I've contacted office 2013 and they've explained they can't help. They cannot give a download copy simply because they have sent me the discs
